In order to secure your shoot, a booking fee of $150 is required at the time of booking. It is the only way to guarantee the exact day and time of the photo session. ALLA DARKINA will reserve the time and date for you, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the booking fee is non-refundable in case of cancelation.
If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, the client may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should the client fail to give 24 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot, the booking fee will be forfeit.
Alla Darkina Photography reserves the right to use images/video taken during the photo sessions. Model Release is a part of the Contract. ALLA DARKINA may display and use the photographs for advertising of ALLA DARKINA PHOTOGRAPHY in such forms as a studio display, website content, social media (Instagram business page, FaceBook business page), or photographic contests.
If you would prefer not to have your photos/video displayed, please let me know BEFORE YOUR session. For such cases, I have a fully confidential session option which will incur 20% on top of the total cost of the session (excluding print products).
A model release must be signed as a part of a contract for all special offers.
The editing/printing process can only start once ALLA DARKINA receives the order list for the required images and the invoice is paid. Digital processing takes approximately 3 weeks after payment. The creation of an album takes 4-6 weeks after the images selection and final are received by ALLA DARKINA. The creation of wall art prints takes 2-3 weeks after the image selection is received by ALLA DARKINA.
ALLA DARKINA will deliver hi-resolution JPG images (300 dpi sized 8”x12’’).
Alla Darkina Photography does not take any responsibility for images printed through outsourced services.
