Studio newborn session
A posed newborn session is for babies in their first 3 weeks of life.
Your session will take place in my studio, located in Kellyville, 2155. It’s a beautiful studio with everything to make your photo experience comfortable! A wide range of props from local vendors and unique props from overseas. Comfortable area for parents and siblings. Tea/Coffee station with hot/cold water and snacks. Wi-Fi. Changing table. Bathroom. Playground and shopping center are just around the corner (very handy for newborn sessions with siblings)
I am fully trained in newborn posing and safety.
I only book one newborn session per day as I like to provide you with high-quality images & service and not be watching the clock. If your baby requires settling we take time to settle, if the baby requires feeding and cuddles we feed etc.
I have a session length for every package but it can be changed a little bit by your precious newborn.
It’s ideal to plan your photo shoot while you’re still expecting so that we can ensure that we capture the most precious moments of your newborn within the first three weeks after birth. By reserving your session date based on your due date, you can have peace of mind that you’re locked in on my schedule for that month. When your little one arrives, just drop me an email/message and we’ll work out a specific date and time that works best for you and your baby. This gives you some flexibility to assess how you’re feeling after delivery before confirming the shoot.

Lifestyle newborn session
A lifestyle session is for babies up to 8 weeks. This session is more about your bond with the baby and your love. It is an unposed session without any props and is done in the comfort of your own home using natural available light. So it suits you if you like candid portraits with all family members involved.
Price $850
Up to 2 hours of documentary-style photography at your home
Parents and siblings are included in the session
A digital collection of 30 images in a private online gallery for downloading
Low-resolution copies for social media
Secure image backup for 2 years
Travel within a 25km distance from Kellyville*
*A travel fee of $50 per additional 25km applies.
THE NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHY EXPERIENCE
How does this all work?
Step 1 CONTACT ME
If you’re happy with my photography style, pricing, etc please send me an inquiry.
Step 2 BOOKING
You’ll need to fill in a booking form and pay a booking fee of $150 to secure your spot. After the booking fee is paid I lock your tentative date in my calendar.
Step 3 CONFIRM DATE
The actual session date is confirmed after your baby arrives. You’ll contact me within 48 hours of your baby’s arrival to finalize your session date and time.
The final payment of your chosen package is due 7 days prior to your scheduled session.
Step 4 GALLERY REVEAL
About 1 week after your session we will meet at my studio for your images and product selection appointment.
STEP 5 PRODUCT DELIVERY
A 10-day turnaround for your beautiful private online gallery. Print products take about 4-6 weeks for delivery.

As I have limited availability for newborn clients each month to assure the best customer service and great turnaround times I highly recommend booking your session early (before the baby arrives). For the best results in newborn photography please book your session within the first 2 weeks of your baby’s life to capture those adorable curled-up sleeping poses. However, if you’ve passed that timeframe, don’t worry, we can still create beautiful images for you
Can I include family members in the newborn photography session?
Certainly! Including family members in the newborn photography session is highly encouraged as it’s a special moment for your entire family. I offer various packages to accommodate your needs and budget, ensuring everyone can be a part of the precious memories captured during the session.
What happens if my baby is fussy or doesn't cooperate during the session?
If your baby is fussy or uncooperative during the session, there’s no need to worry. As a newborn photographer, I have experience handling such situations and will work patiently to soothe and capture beautiful images regardless of your baby’s mood.
What safety measures do you have in place during the photography session?
I am a photographer with more than 11 years of experience and your baby’s safety is my top priority. I take several safety measures, including using a spotter or assistant when needed to support the baby during posing, ensuring all props and equipment are secure and stable, and maintaining a clean and sanitized environment to minimize any potential risks. Additionally, I have specialized training in newborn handling and am prepared to adapt my approach to each baby’s unique needs to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
How long does a newborn photography session typically last?
A newborn photography session typically lasts anywhere from 2 to 4 hours, depending on the baby’s mood, willingness to sleep, and the number of poses and setups involved. I allow ample time to accommodate feeding, soothing, and any breaks needed to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable experience for both the baby and the parents.
When will I receive the final images from the newborn photography session?
