Turning one is such a magical milestone. Your baby is beginning to show their personality- cheeky smiles, curious expressions, clapping hands, wobbly first steps. Those tiny details change so quickly, and this stage truly deserves to be captured!

At my studio, I offer two beautiful options to document your baby’s first birthday milestone:
1️⃣ Cake Smash Session
A cake smash is an exciting and playful way to celebrate your baby turning one. The session unfolds in three parts:

Mini portrait session- sweet photos on a styled setup, while your baby is still spotless.

Cake smash fun- your little one gets to explore, play, lick, poke, and smash the cake.

Bath splash — warm bath with bubbles to finish the experience (and it makes for the cutest photos!).

2️⃣ Studio Milestone Session
If you prefer something clean, timeless, and classic, a studio milestone session is the perfect choice. This session focuses on:

baby portraits
simple setups with neutral or soft colours
precious family and sibling photos

Milestone sessions are ideal if you’d like a more refined look - no cake, no mess, just beautiful portraits that highlight your baby’s big milestone and the connection with the people who love them most.
